Today we recieved our order.
The quality of the plants is very good. It was clear they have handled with care. Also, the packaging was very good.
Unfortunately, the delivery by DHL was not good. I was supposed to sign for delivery but the package was delivered in a shet by the neighbors who were not home.
We have had several bad experiences with DHL regarding delivery.
it would be greatly appriciated if it was possible to select a Servicepoint at checkout as delivery option to rule out the possibility of delivering at the wrong address.
Ill rate 3 points for now: 5 points for the quality of the plants and the handling. One point for delivery.
