Poor quality plant and horrible customer service.
After reading good reviews about their website, I have recently ordered 5 orchids from them. The package arrived in 3 days. I was heartbroken the moment I opened the package. The Dendrobium Sulcatum that I ordered had mushy leaves and pheudobulbs, a few leaves were completely withered and yellow. The Chilochista Lunifera Rot that I ordered had lots of broken and brown roots- in fact majority of the roots are broken. It's a leafless orchid and the roots are the main source of photosynthesis of the plant, so having healthy roots is very important. The third plant, a minature dendrobium, lamyaiae has 6 leaves, out of which 2 leaves are turning yellow. Although it was not in terrible condition, I would have expected a healthier plant for the price I paid.
The other 2 plants were in good condition. As I was really disappointed with the first two plants, I contacted them, sent the photos and asked them if there is any way to resolve this problem as some of the plants were of substandard quality. The contact person replied very rudely, asked me to send the plants back and never to order from their website again.
Being an orchid enthusiast, I was really looking forward to having these plants in my collection. At first I was disappointed at the quality of the plants I received and later I was horrified to receive such poor customer service from a reputed organisation like this, especially as they are not cheap. Do yourself a favour and get your orchids somewhere else.
